Director of Architectural Services and a Senior Associate of LaCroix Davis LLC, Gordon Bizieff is a Registered Architect in California who has honed his extensive expertise during his 30-year professional career. He has provided consulting services for the legal and insurance professions since 1992.  He has assisted in the resolution and settlement of many construction liability claims involving commercial buildings, multi-family residential and single-family residential structures. He has experience in property loss damage assessment, reconstruction repair, and resultant damage evaluation. He has participated in numerous mediations representing a variety of construction trades. He is a leader in all phases of analysis, evaluation, and representation of architecturally-related construction litigation issues. His areas of specialization have included representation of developers and general contractors, subcontractors including framers, cement plaster subcontractors, roofers, sheet metal subcontractors, finish carpenters, gypsum wallboard subcontractors, tile, shower enclosure subcontractors and insulation subcontractors. His extensive experience includes current and past construction management, project administration, single, multi-family, and commercial design, development, and reconstruction.
